What Causes Numbness And Tingling Sensation In Arms After Breast Lumpectomy?

Hi, I have had 2 small lumps removed from same breast a few years ago. Straight after scar tissue was felt in same area, been same for long time however is painful now and am experiencing numbness in arm and tingling sensation in fingers....whats happening??? Both lumps removed were clear.
