What Causes Numbness And Tingling Sensation In Arms?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I have been diagnosed with impingement syndrome.. It affects the left shoulder primarily ( awful) but at times the right shoulder will hurt also, I also have numbness and tingling anytime I have my arms ( both) over my head or lie with them partially raised and bent at elbows. I have extreme numbness and tingling.. could there be a cervical spine issue or impingement on both sides. x-ray does not show any on rotator cuff per dr./ have had one injection- to no avail/ PT for 2 months./ NSAIDS...
