What Causes Numbness And Tingling Sensation In Body?

Hi, I have had numbness and tingling on the left side of my body for about 4 years. I have gotten MRIs, CT scans, had lots of blood work done and have optic nerve damage. I just got a diagnosis of pseudotumor cerebri today. Neurologist says this has nothing to do with my numbness. So am going to a cardiologist next month to see if there is something they can find. I am anemic and have a protein s defiency. Any suggestions or other routes to go?
