What Causes Numbness And Tingling Sensation In The Feet?
I have been diagnosed with polycystic liver disease. Recently I have been experiencing neuropathy symptoms (numbness/tingling to feet and hands as well as pain to these areas). My chiropractor suggested that maybe alpha lapoic acid could help with reducing these symptoms. Now is this supplement safe to use given my diagnosis regarding my liver.

As per your history, it may be due to nerve compression.
For further assessment, you may require MRI back, nerve conduction studies, vitamins B12 levels after consultation.
Till then you can take tablet acetaminophen and multivitamin You may require tablet Pregabalin after consultation
Do regular blood sugar monitoring. Take balanced diet
