What Causes Numbness And Tingling Sensation In The Feet?

For about one year or so i don t sleep but every couple days, my mind won t stop racing a numbness tingling started in my foot now has taken over my face head back,ears ring very loud, can t stay focused, feel like I m losing my mind,alot of issues afraid, very debilitating.
