What Causes Numbness And Tingling Sensation In The Left Arm?

I have constant numbness and tingly feeling in my left arm, and in my hand, but only my pinky and ring finger. I cant sleep on either of my sides, because my arms go numb immediately. Slight discomfort in left shoulder near tricep. Right arm is not as bad, but is irritating. I have not really lost any grip strength, but it is lacking from what it is usually. My arms also get fatigue rather quickly now and that is not normal for me. I am active and consistently lift weights and eat a descent diet.

hello,
these symptoms may be due nerve compression. if u have neck pain, this may be cervical neuralgia. consult orthopedic surgeon and do nerve conduction study and even ct cervical spine.
