What Causes Numbness And Tingling Sensation In The Left Arm?

My left arm goes numb and has tingling that extends from my shoulder to my finger tips. This happens during the day, but especially at night. It wakes me up every night, and occasionally occurs in my right arm also. It has been at least a year since it first began, but now is increasing in time of duration and on a daily basis.

Possible causes of numbness and tingling sensation in arm may include:
-Cervical neuropathy
-Vitamin deficiency
-ionic imbalances like low calcium, low magnesium
-Diabetic neuropathy
-Shoulder osteoarthritis
-Neurologic disorders like MS
-And others
I will advise you see the Doctor for examination.In the meantime, i will advise you try :
-regular massage of your arm or you hire the services of a Phyiotherapist
-Eat well and healthy with enough vegetable
