What Causes Numbness And Tingling Sensation In The Left Side Of The Body?

Hi my name is doris. I have numbess from my head down to my left foot. My entire left side, I have been going through with tingling in my lips, my gum hurts, head, shoulder, fingers, left arm leg and toes. I have nerve testings, head scans, etc and my doctor still do not know what is wrong with me. I was told in August, I had a stroke and was given a TPA shot. I was told again, several weeks later, there were No signs of where I had a stroke but I m still experiencing the above complications. Monday, I was told, I have diabetic neuropathy. I am on pills and my a1c is 6.8. My doctor said she do not know why I am suffering with this because all of my test results are not in the range that would because me to have the above.
