What Causes Numbness And Tingling Sensation In The Legs?

I have been experiencing numbness and tingling in my legs from mid calf down the last year to year and a half. I also have occasional UTI. Last week I had a UTi and was prescribed ciproflaxin after taking three pills my legs began to burn more than usual. Also I happened to read the warning on RX insert and see the WARNING ( I never usually read these inserts). About side effects of these drugs. Do you think this could be the RX ? To my knowledge I have also taken this drug once 16 months ago and also may have been given Keflex perioperatively this past June. 6/14/2017 for a hip replacement. Am going today, Monday to see my urologist, seeing my orthopedic surgeon on Wednesday to be worked up for a second hip replacement. What questions should I ask them.? And do you think this could be the WARNED against reaction listed on the RX insert?

it is peripheral neuritis. exclude diabetes. take tab neurobion forte daily for one month. avoid smoking and taking tobacco.might be having drug sensitivity but ciprofloxacin does not have such side effect hip joint replacement is to be decided by orthopaedic surgeon.
