What Causes Numbness And Tingling Sensation In Toes While Exercising?

Hello I ve doing some stretching exercises and since the first day I did it both of my big toes are numb and kind of tingling and it hasn t gone away for a week and a half now I keep stretching to see if it helps but it s not getting better at all please can anyone tell me water can i do or if it s temporary thanks

I really appreciate your concern because of poor angle or wrong angle spinal disc compression may be likely disc herniation may be likely you need to have guideline from the instructor, till then take some rest, hope this information helps, take care
