What Causes Numbness Around Clitoris?

I am 37 and I have had alot of stress in my life for past 8 years. Althoough never had any problems with sex, stimulation...For almost 10 months now I feel numb around my clitoris. I was DX with HPV-pos cancer 5 months ago. I am finally going for a BX to make sure not cancer. can this affect me? Also for 5 months now my menses comes about evry 28 days. Is this possible premenopause and part of this numbing? I was a smoker and decided to try Wellbuterine to quit approx 5 months ago as well......All this at once and I am getting no answers from anyone....Can you help me because I am concerned
