What Causes Numbness Around Ear After Syringed It?

hi i had my ears syringed about two weeks ago and now i have numbness around my left ear which was the worst with wax do you know what this could be if i put my finger to the ear opening and pull my cheek down a little it feels like its opening up the ear drum

it might be possible that your ear wax was not cleaned properly, syringing don't choose numbness arround , get an ear endoscopy done to see your ear drum and ear cannal
