What Causes Numbness Around The Ear And Neck With Dizziness?

I have numbness on my external ear that is behind and down the neck as well as inside the ear with muffled hearing. There is no pain. I have been having dizziness as well. Worth mentioning that there has been pain behind the eye of the same side as above symptoms. No fever.

dear it may be due to middle ear infection or migraine or occipital neuralgia or cervical root compression etc...other possibilities like opticneuritis , diabetic neuropathy etc.. please consult your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
