What Causes Numbness Around The Right Underarm Bump After Draining The Pus?

Hello I am 34. Female. I been having weird pain with my right breast for over five years recently had a hard bump last year on the side by the under arm I had squeezed it and slot of pus came out I didn t even squeeze hard I grabbed the fat to have a better look and it just came out at first it was discolored like green brown then pale and pastie it smelled like dog poop. I then squeezed what was left out but I m heavy so the is fat there and put neosporein and bandaid. The spot it came from had a black dot. Every now and then I would clean it out by squeezing then bandaid. It now has this hole very small never leaks but if I squeeze sometimes little pas comes out. But now there was this little ball so I tried and nothing so I grabbed a clean brand new pin and put it in the little hole and was able to put the 2 pin all the way in without any feeling what so ever no blood or juice of any kind came out this whole time in fact it probably could ve went in deeper if it was longer. And when I showed my mother she said that is no good and that Brest cancer runs in the family. When I took it out no drainage of any, no nothing, not even smell, and the pin had pastie little particles left on it and with no smell. And nothing else came out I tried.put peroxide and neosporein and bandaid. Now my nipple hurts and when I stand,push up, or lift.{not the site where I put the pin nothing no feeling} should I go to the ER. Or is it signs of breast cancer?
