What Causes Numbness, Discomfort, Pins And Needles In My Leg?

hello.i,m a 40 year old woman,5"2..i,m not overweight noe under weight..bit for the past 10 years or so i,ve been suffering numbness,discomfort,pins and needles and aching and restless leg ,my left leg..but on occasions i suffer with it on both legs..nothing helps i,ve had pshyo,pain killers,cream,i,m left arm also is weak and sometimes aches like my leg..i,ve got lower back pain which sometimes i give a 10 for pain..and also feels numb..i can,t sleep with the pain nothing works..no one will give me an answer..kind regards miranda x
