What Causes Numbness Followed By Chronic Pain In The Leg?

I was asleep then my whole entire foot went numb and it woke me up. It was so numb that I couldn’t move It. I started hitting it and popping my toes hoping something would help the feeling subside . After it went away, I felt weird, numb pains through my leg and I couldn’t move my leg becuase it hurt and I felt pain all the way up to my thigh... it was super scary . Any idea what the heck is happening I am freaking out

Hello,
This could be due to a blood flow problem or a nerve problem. You would need to get an exam by a doctor and perhaps some testing to sort this out. See a doctor to help sort this out.
Regards
