What Causes Numbness In Arm And Leg?

I am having numbness in my left arm and left leg. I have felt the numbness in my leg for over two weeks now and it gets worse at night. I have been communting a lot for the past month and thought that I may have a circulation problem from the hours I spend sitting down but now my arm is experiencing the same numbness?

Hi there are many causes for numbness.you should investigatd cause first. You should test your sugar. Diabetes is the most common cause for that. May be vit b12 deficiency or many more causes are there. So just investigate and take treatment accordingly.
