Hello and welcome to HCM,
Anxiety can lead to symptoms of chest pain and numbness of arms.
However, it is important to rule out other causes of chest pain and numbness of arms especially cardiac cause.
I suggest you to
consult a cardiologist for clinical assessment of cardiovascular system.
Ischemic heart disease is a group of cardiac diseases which can affect any age group.
Clinical assessment coupled with basic investigations like ECG,
echocardiography, stress test are some of the investigations required to look for and to diagnose cardiac ailments.
Thus, consult a cardiologist at the earliest.
If no cardiac problem is detected, other causes of chest pain also need to be ruled out like musculoskeletal disorders, respiratory disorders, etc.
Numbness of arms can be due to disorders of nerves like compression of nerves.
Compression of nerves is caused by
spondylitis of the
cervical spine.
Thus you need to consult a physician for neck pain.
Thanks and take care
