I generally go to sleep with my arms and hands under my chest, but during sleep I move (as most perople do) but occasionally I fall into a deeper sleep and suddenly find that I can not move, and my wife and son have to gently massage my body to bring it back to life, the best way to describe this is that I am stiff as a board, what is wrong?
