What Causes Numbness In Arms And Legs?

I have been getting right arm numbness and sometimes right leg numbness every so often...the first time I felt that I had really bad headaches, one day the right side of my face, arm and leg went numb for about an hour or so... I attributed it to possible panic attack...however I get daily headaches, somedays worse than others, worsen in evening and at night...occasional dizziness and continue with occasional numbnes in rt side arm...also have a muscle twitch on left arm when i go to sleep... I am 26 y.o. female...lipid profile, TSH, lytes were all negative, i also had ANA completed and was negative, beause began having spots on hand that resembles vitligo...I don't know whats going on and wondering if I can get your input
