What Causes Numbness In Arms And Lips?

I am 34 yrs. old 5ft. 2 inc. and 150 lbs. and I presume I m in general good health. I awoke with my left arm numb and also my lips on my mouth. I have had the numbness of hands before. I figure that was from cutting circulation off while sleeping but am very concerned with the mouth. Never have had that happen.
