What Causes Numbness In Arms And Pins And Needles Sensations?

Im aged 33 and have dilated cardiomyopathy and ventricular ectopy 40%. For the last 6 months I have been waking up about 6 times a night with dead arms, after a while I get the pins and needles, go back to sleep only to be woken 1-2hrs later, can this be a direct result of my heart failure?
