What Causes Numbness In Arms, Blurred Vision And Dizziness Along With Headache?

My arms are numbness, blurred vision, dizziness, i feel slow motion , even when i think, i have a hard spot in my neck , had headache this morning and i almost fainted when i see brightness or too dark i dknt know when it changes the shade os light, what could it be ? Its not a stroke doctors said , what can i expect

Well come to HCM
Such symptoms may be due to some functional elements but this need to be differentiated with cerebral pathology and for that it is advisable to get done the CT of brain, because this is the only option that could rule out the cerebral pathological changes if it is ever there, (Here you have not given your age and gender this was necessary here) take care.
