What Causes Numbness In Arms/hands After Having Back Surgery?

i had back surgery for a herniated l5-s1 last october and after failed physio i now have numbness in both arms and hands, burning sciatica pain down right leg all the way to ankle and also cold water sensation in lower back, as in wave-like sensations.
