What Causes Numbness In Ear And Coughing?

Hi, I ve had a cold since 5 days (started with back of throat dripping, itchy throat, constant runny nose - all clear, nothing green/yellow). Coughing was the only symptom left, suddenly I now have a stuffed and almost numb ear and area surrounding it.

take benadryl cough syrup. ear problem is due to eustachian tube block go for volselum means blowing with mouth closed.
