What Causes Numbness In Face, Blurriness In Eyes And Slurring Speech?

I have numbness on face, i am wobbly, my eyes are blurry,my right hand is weak, my speech is weird, i fell really weird kind of high but i am not and i feel like im going in and out of consciousness but not sure if i am or past 24hrs. Im a female and im 20 years old. Just wondering what can it be?

Hi,what symptoms you have mentioned is more likely to be stroke,I recommend you to visit an physician or neurologist soon,and get it evaluated,your age is 20 its less chances of stoke,but many condition like sle,sickle cell anemia,hypertension, trauma,protein deficiency,sabe can cause stroke in younger individual please get neurologist opinion as soon as poosible.
