What Causes Numbness In Face, Feet And Nausea With Vision Black Out?

I just got off night shifts 6 pm to 6 am I slept all day till 2 got up felt fine. Got up at 4 felt fine then stayed awake till 10. Ate some bacon and an egg. Got up to ho to the bathroom and it all started. My hands feet and face went numb I got nauseous then my vision blacked out like I couldn t see anything the way it happens when you stand up to fast. Then my ears started ringing to the point I couldn t hear anything. Lasted 5 mins maybe but felt like forever.
