Hello,
You have seen a good choice of specialists and most likely had thorough diagnostic tests. Share any diagnostic tests and detailed full medical history with doctors that you choose to visit. Second opinions are always an option.I suggest that you include visiting a dentist and possibly an oral surgeon. You want to rule out dental infections that can commonly spread and cause this combination of symptoms. Joint (TMJ) discomfort or abnormalities can be responsible for pain. Signs of excessive wear or tooth damage can be signs of grinding your teeth. Evaluation of your bite and the need for a night guard may offer you some relief.
Thank you for your inquiry. I hope that you find my suggests helpful.
