What Causes Numbness In Feet And Black Spots In Vision?

i have been getting black spots in my vision, my feet go numb then i feel like i need to pass out. i have a shooting pain that goes from my wrist to my forearm and am really starting to worry. I have been to the doctors and had bloodtest but dont get the results for 2 days and symtpoms have been getting worse. does anyone have a clue as to what this might be?
