I have had and still have shingles on my scalp and back of my neck off and on mostly on for past month.. Caused by extreme stress... The past 4 days now my feet have been numb and now my legs are startin to feel same way... Is it the shingles causing nerve damage or??

hi healthcare magic user, it looks like that post Hepatic neuralgia.That is nerve involvment after viral infection.
It can give pain later also for the period of 3-6 months or may be persistent for life.
You can prevent this by taking tablets such as Acyclovir, Ganciclovir.
