What Causes Numbness In Fingers After Getting Hit On Head?

Hit my forehead yesterday at eyebrow level and have numb/tingling sensation over entire scalp on that side since the injury. Wasn't that concerned as I have a small bump over injury I assume is putting pressure on a nerve, however, this morning I woke up with numbness in fingers on that side as well.
