What Causes Numbness In Fingers And Toes With Slight Elevation?

I am experiencing numbness in my left hand fingers (third and fifth finger mostly) when they are only slightly elevate I.e. Driving, using my phone. Also sometimes my right index finger seems hot . And finanlly, I am also experiencing numbness in my right toes..........

You seem to be Thoracic outlet syndrome. This could be because of extra rib in the neck. Get a cervical spine Xray and a neck ultrasound to look for cervical rib. Avoid overhead activities. Take pain killer and do Physiotherapy to strengthen shoulder muscles.
