What Causes Numbness In Fingers?

hey just wondering im a bonner/butcher i thaught i might be getting carpel tunnel but i looked it up and it said the first 3 fingers but my little fingre and ring finger on my left hand has been numb on and off for about two weeks any advice would be great thankstom
