i AM NOW 79 YEARS OLD AND i HAVE BEEN BOTHERED BY NUMBNESS IN MY RIGHT FOOT AND NOE MY LEFT. ALSO BOTH HANDS. wHEN i RISE FROM BED IN THE MORNING I EXPERIENCE SHARP PAIN IN BOTH LEGS UNTILL i DO SOME STRETCHING AND THEN IT RESIDES. I HAVE NOT FOUND A MEDICINE THAT WILL TREAT THIS CONDITION, DO YOU KNOW OF ONE THAT IS EFFECTIVE? BILL

I really appreciate your concern, this could be temporary condition of muscular spasm and it might be happening because of wrong posture during sleep and once it is being stretched it gets alright, try to maintain good posture, stop worrying hope this information helps.
