What Causes Numbness In Hand, Pain In Chest And Back?

hi i am having a chest ache,back ache,left hand numbness,and feel like i will faint at the same time .i am taking tryptomer*25 and olvance 20.i have done all my test (ecg,x-ray,ect).but all test are normal.i am a female of 54yrs.plz help me<
