What Causes Numbness In Hand With Tingling Sensation In Fingers Radiating To Shoulders?

over past 3 weeks, progressive numbness in right hand, beginning with tingling in pinky finger, expanding to all fingers, hand wrist---pain now all the way up to shoulder--loss of strength and control--sometimes hand shakes uncontrollably. Also, same initial symptoms beginning in left hand, specifically pinky finger. What s happening?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the numbness of little finger then it may be due to some cervical disk compression and it need to be ruled out, and for that better to get done the CT of cervical spine hope this information helps.
