What Causes Numbness In Hands Along With Pain In Elbows And Shoulders?

I have pain, numbness , cold sensations in both hands plus pain and achiness in my elbows and shoulders. With activity I seem to do better but at night I really suffer. I am taking tramadol and Tylenol per Dr. orders. The Drs. seem to be stumped . I have had X-rays, Mri, Epiderel in my upper spine , neck area.

Hi,

This may be because of thoracic outlet syndrome. In this condition, there occurs compression of blood vessels and nerves. Diagnosis will be confirmed by physical examination.
