What Causes Numbness In Hands And Feet Along With Lack Of Voice?

My granddaughter, 14, has been having strange symptoms. 1st she had an episode of bells palsey and her face went numb...about 2 months ago. 2 days ago she lost her voice like laryngitis. This morning she has lost feeling in her hands and feet...going numb. Do you have any idea what this could be??? I am waiting to hear back from her mother on other symptoms she has.

its mainly due to some viral infection or may be due to some tumor in the cranial nerves.its better to admit her in the hospital and treat her.mri for brain should be taken.thank you
