What Causes Numbness In Hands And Feet?

I have numbness in hands and feet also the thoracic area of my back. I have had 3 MRIs. Two of the thoracic area and one of the cervical area. Only thing that showed was a herniated disc at T7. Hands feel like a tens unit on them. It is becoming very painful.
