What Causes Numbness In Hands And Lip After Receiving Oral Sex?

Please type your query here... my hands locked up and my top lip and hands were completely numb almost paralyzed after recieving oral sex, I am a 40 yr old women and have never had this happen before although I have also never reached orgasm orally either until then, should I be concerned and is this normal?
