What Causes Numbness In Hands And Neck During Pregnancy?

MY wife is 24 weeks pregnant. She woke up this morning and her entire left arm felt slightly numb and like it had pins and needles.
We're thinking it MIGHT be Carpal Tunnel, but the tingling/numbness goes all the way up her arm to her neck and the side of her head.

Any ideas?
