What Causes Numbness In Hands And Pain In Chest While Deep Breathing?

hi, im rashad ,please it is urgent: im a man and im 24 years old when i go to bed for sleeping i do not feel my hands i wake up and i walk for 10 minutes then i go to bed and sleep, and also when i take a long breath during sleeping i feel a pain near my heart,please what can i do it is a sign for a heart attack, i have been feeling that for 3 weeks ago what i have to do and please what is your advice,thank u very much rashad

Well come to HCM
Because of poor posture while sleeping such symptoms are very likely, if you over react to this then, this could cause depression and anxiety, such depression could cause more panic, try to maintain the good posture while sleeping, low down your stress, this is not because of heart disease and this can not be heart disease, hope this information helps.
