What Causes Numbness In Hands And Trouble Reading?

Hi I m a 39 yr old female. Went to er on new years eve due severe back pain, stomach pain and diarrhea. Some pain in chest also. I have osteoporosis also. Just had kyphoplasty surgery 3 weeks ago to fix L1 and T4. The er dr drew labs and said potassium level was very low 1.9. Hospital wants to admit me again, however I just was released two weeks ago. I m seeing my interventional radiologist on the 4th. Now I m feeling worse and having numbness in hands and trouble reading. Should I go back to er and be admitted?
