What Causes Numbness In Hands, Arm And Neck And Vision Problems?

I get numbness in one of my hands, manly the left. The numbness movies up my arm and onto my neck. then my mouth goes numb my tongue. Then my vision goes like hard to focus on one thing or reverse tunnel vision. I get really confused and then after that i get a really really bad headhache.
