What Causes Numbness In Head And Tingling Sensation In Hand And Right Foot?

I m a 57 yr old women, post menopausal- all day I have felt quite right- I ve been a bit unsteady walking, have a feeling like my head is going numb kind of like the tingly feeling when a hand goes numb,numbing in the right foot and hand area, pressure behind right eye, also after no period for 7 yrs I ve been having light vaginal bleeding all day

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the menopausal period going on and it is bleeding P/v is there then condition need to be investigated get done the ultrasonography test, with the menopause it could be wide gat open symptoms are there but all of these are functional in origin hope this information helps.
