my right leg from hip to outside of foot has some numbness. I have tried to roll it out on a ball and I do get sharp pains in the deep tissue on the side of my quad. My lower calf has had good size muscle knot that I have tried to roll out and creates serious pain. I have swelling on the lower calf to the right side of my ankle. I work out pretty seriously 3-4 days a week. these symptoms started to occur after a heavy week of leg work but have lingered for about two weeks. I am still able to work out but the numbness and swollen calf doesn t seem to go away. thanks Mike
