What Causes Numbness In Jaw,throat And Loss In Sense Of Smell And Taste?

Numbness lower right jaw, down right side of throat and back of tongue on right side. lost most of sense of smell and some loss in taste. voice goes hoarse when need to speak frequently during the day. periodically tightens down vocal cords on right.
