What Causes Numbness In Joints And Headache?

hi, doctors! developed rashes on my upper part of the butt and inner leg. the rashes are not itchy at all. though they look like squirrel's pimples. some have brown dots in the center. my joints are numb. half of my head is throbbing and half of my body and face is also numb. what could this be? :( i'm scared.
