What Causes Numbness In Left Hand During Heart Pain?

I woke up around 1:40am with a pain in my heart area, like a sharp cramp. My left arm felt tingly, with presure on the underside of the upperarm. I also feel the pain through my back as though the pain speared thrugh.I felt a little light headed and nauseous. I got up, drank some water, but felt weak so I laid down again, elevating my upper body with several pillow to elevate my heart. It is now 9am. My left arm still feels the numbness and I can't make a tight fist and it feels cold. My heart still feels some pain. I'm 46, 151 lbs. Heart conditions run on my dad side of the family.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern I would like to say you that if you have a many symptoms but one couple of them support the cardiac even then it is advisable to go for cardiac test like EKG this is the only easy and accurate test which for sure rule out the possibility of cardiac infraction, and this has to be done any how, hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
