What Causes Numbness In Left Side Of Face, Ear Blockage And Tiredness?

Hi, I have issues with left side of face down through to arm and leg. Includes feeling of numbness ,heaviness feeling of ear blockage and sinus and lazy eye which is worse when Im tired . Ive had a scan in past with no issues through the doctor who put it down to stress however theres no change. Any ideas

in my opinion its mostly due to sinusitis, if scan are normal you must see a neurologist for further check up, as you have problem only on one side.
